WARRANTY

I sell quality puppies. I do not guarantee size, color, coat or temperment. I also do not guarantee puppies for breeding or for show.

There is absolutely No refunds.  This applies to any and all deposits and purchase amounts.  The puppy will be up to date on its shots and de-worming and will have a “Well Puppy” check at a Licensed Veterinarian before it is delivered to you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the puppy/dog examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase/receipt of the animal or any warranty by Sweetheart Poms will be null and void. Once examined and found healthy, seller assumes no further responsibility after sale/delivery of puppy.  If your veterinarian finds a life-threatening problem, I will replace the puppy with another of equal value and of the same sex and color as soon as one becomes available. I must have a statement from your veterinarian stating the nature of the problem.  For a replacement animal to be released, the defective animal and all of its papers must be returned to Sweetheart Poms. The buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees.

Should anything unforeseen happen to puppy before the buyer has taken possession of the animal, any monies received toward the deposit/purchase price shall be transferred to the next available puppy of similar color and sex and equal value.

Sweetheart Poms assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving my premises which includes, but is not limited to injuries, veterinary and/or medical bills, allergies, family disputes, landlord disagreements, insurance coverage and or housebreaking.  If at any time you find you cannot keep your puppy, please let me know. I will take your puppy/dog back at your expense. I will find the puppy/dog a good home. 

My guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of the puppy and becomes void if ownership of the animal is transferred.

The posting of this warranty on this website on the public domain of the “world wide web” constitutes the complete and current warranty provided by Sweetheart Poms.  No other representation or promises apply.  The provisions of this warranty shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws and statutes of the State of Illinois. The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty will be limited to Rock Island County, Illinois under a non-jury proceeding.
