Our policy for reserving a puppy / dog is as follows:
** Once a pictures and description of the puppy or dog has been posted on our website, we take a reservation for the animal on a first come first served basis. I will hold a puppy for you for three days to receive the deposit, and mark the puppy as sale pending. Please feel free to call me and ask any questions you have about the puppy, and its care.
**We will accept a minimum $150.00 deposit on a puppy's cost of 450.00. A $200.00 deposit on a puppy's cost of 500.00 or more. The deposit will hold puppy until it is weaned, and available for delivery.
**Deposit on puppy is non-refundable. If something unforeseen happens in your life, I will hold deposit and you can apply to another puppy at a later time. If puppy should not pass his Well Puppy checkup, then your depsoit will be refunded, or you can apply to another puppy, if I have one at the time, or you may have first pick from the next litter of puppies born.
Arrangements can be made for the acceptance of payment throughout the weaning process with the balance due on or before receipt of the puppy. Please contact me for more information (309 796-1057)
If something unforeseen happens to the puppy between the time that the deposit has been received and the animal has been schedule for delivery, I will provide a similar replacement animal of equal value of the same same sex and general color and size as soon as one becomes available.
If something unforeseen also should happen in your life and you need to contact me about payments please do so. I will try and work out something with you. I will hold the puppy for you as long as you are making regular payments.
Sweetheart Pom's accepts Cash, USPS Money orders, Certified check , credit cards through Paypal.
I reserve the right not to sell to any one. Please remember the responsibility in caring for a new puppy. If you have young children, please help them in caring, playing for the puppy. Please let them know a new puppy is like a new baby, can easily be hurt. Please remember the puppy needs a loving caring home. It depends on you for everything in its life. It will be your best lifelong friend, if you just love it and care for it as a family member.
