This agreement herein is to protect both the Buyer(s), and the seller Nancy S. Thornton.

Sweetheart Poms certifies that to the best of our knowledge, our dogs and sold in good health, free of genetic defects and any/all known faults.

All vaccinations are current, de-worming schedule have been every 2 weeks from age 2 weeks through 12 weeks, then monthly from 4 month through 12 months.

I do no guarantee size, weight, color, or quality of fertility on our Poms. Poms will “blow” or lose their coats between 4 and 7 months old, their new coats can come back in lighter or darker.

I will strive to raise Poms weighing 3 to 7 pounds as an adult. (AKC standard). Yet this does not guarantee the size of a puppy when he is full grown.

This agreement constitutes a 72 hour guarantee on the health of the puppy/dog. Every reasonable care has been taken to insure the health of the puppy/dog.  The buyer has the option within 72 hours from receipt to have dog puppy examined by a State License Veterinarian of their choice, at the buyer's expense.

If a congenital disease is detected, the seller will provide a replacement puppy, providing the animal is returned with a Veterinarian's report and statement of such a disease within 48 hours time period (local area) and a 10 day time period (out of state) return shipping charges at Buyers expense. There will be No cash refunds! A puppy will be replaced when one is available.

All puppies are guaranteed 12 months from date of birth, against, life threatening hereditaryhealth problems.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide seller with such information from a licensed veterinarian of their choice, at the buyer expense.

This guarantee will not cover any health problems that are not detected by a license veterinarian. Common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stools, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites and other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. However, preventative measures have been taken and all of these conditions have been treated for, prior to the sale of the puppy.

All puppies must be at least 8 weeks old or older to ship. The weather also cannot be too hot or too cold for the puppy to be shipped.

When shipping the Buyer will have the dog examined by a license veterinarian within 10 days or less from the departure date of puppy from seller.  If there are any unusual findings or defects, the buyer will notify the seller and a replacement puppy will be given when one is available. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills that you the buyer incur after receipt of the dog. 

It is recommended to feed Eukanaba Puppy Chiot until 12 months of age.  If you choose to feed a different formula, make the switch gradually, any sudden change may cause diarrhea or nausea, or refusal to eat.

Purchase price and/or shipping fees are to be paid in full, on or before the puppy is picked up or shipped.

All sales are final and there will be no cash refunds.

When you pick up your puppy, you will receive:

·  Sales and Health agreement

·  Puppy Pack (if under 12 months of age)

·  Information to read about the care of your new puppy

·  A toy and a blanket that has the mothers scent on it

·  Your new puppy

When shipped, you will receive:

·  Your new puppy

·  Travel crate

·  Veterinarian Heath Certificate

·  Registration papers

·  Vaccination and Health records

·  Sales and Health agreement

A “Puppy Pack” will be mailed to you under separate cover.

This contract of sales contains the entire agreement between the parties. Please read and understand the contents.
